As the weather gets warmer and a profusion of flowers begins to bloom, we welcome the season of enjoying tea outdoors. The most casual and informal style of enjoying tea ceremony, nodate (literally, “preparing tea in the fields”) can take many different forms with very few restrictions. This workshop discusses different approaches to outdoor tea gatherings and, if weather permits, may offer an outdoor tea experience for participants as well.
