Independent scholar Maiko Behr and print artist Shinsuke Minegishi (Emily Carr University of Art and Design) discuss the history and techniques behind the woodblock prints of Hiratsuka Un'ichi and other mid-20th c. Japanese artists. Their talk will be followed by a tour of the exhibition, Inuit Prints: Japanese Inspiration.
